Do I have to state both parents?

Hi!

I'm applying for the International Experience Working Holiday and I'm having trouble with the family form.
I have no contact with my father and my mother has had single custody of me. I have no idea of his adress and I'm wondering if there is anyway you can NOT put him on the application.
I have no intentions of contacting him and I don't rely on him for any kind of support if anything were to happen while I was over there.

Happy for any help I can get, can't seem to find anything on this...

You must list your father on the application. If you don't know certain details about him (e.g. address) - simply list "unknown". I would also attached a letter explaining that you have no contact with him and that your mother has single custody.
