Do I have to send the Outland from outside of the country?

Hi everyone sorry if this is a silly question but I'm the sponsor and my hubby is the applicant. We are applying Outland as he is not in canada, just wondering... Does the application need to be sent from outside of canada if applying Outland? Thank you

no. it doesn't matter where it's sent from. it's cheaper to send it from inside canada.
