Do I have to send IELTS score with all documents or I can send it later?

Hi All,

I have 120 days to submit my all documents to Buffalo, NY office. From the check list it looks like the IELTS is must but the question is Do I have to submit my IELTS test result along with all the document? Can I send all documents at first and then later send the IELTS? It will be great if someone can share their view.

Original IELTS TRF will have to be submitted with other documents, not at a later stage.
