Hi,

My father is currently in the process of getting our permanent residency (coming from USA) and we've lived up here for 15 years under his work visa. I'm going into university in B.C. and I'll have to pay international fees and wanted to know once we get our approval for medical if I can show my university that we are becoming residence so I won't have to pay international fees.

Thanks

It's up to your university. The university may give you a break and let you pay the domestic rates with the evidence you provide. Or they may stick to the rules and tell you that you must pay the foreign student rates. You should contact your university and have this discussion as soon as you can.
