Do I need to pay any kind of fee when submitting my full documents to CHC Islamabad

I am confused because visa office specific instruction E37020 says

FEE PAYMENT

Follow these instructions to pay the fees. If you do not, we will return your application. Processing fees are not refundable.

If you are applying as……a federal skilled worker... Then you must pay the processing fees to the CIO in Canadian funds.

Fees are payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or to the "Receiver General for Canada" by:•certified cheque, •bank draft, or •money order.Do not enclose cash.Note: Refer to the Payment Instructions in this section for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

If you are applying as a Provincial Nominee, or a Quebec - Selected Skilled Workerrefer to the Payment Instructions in this section to pay the processing fees and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

Payment Instructions
Consult the Fees section of our Web site or the Guide for Skilled Worker Applicants to calculate your fees. You must use a bank draft and pay the full immigration processing fee in Canadian dollars or Pakistani rupees. Write your name and address on the back. Make sure that you have sent the correct type of bank draft; otherwise, your application will be returned to you. Do not enclose cash

you dont need to pay fee while sending your full documents to local visa office.
you already paid your fees with initial application i.e. CAN $ 550.00 per person
you need to pay again when application is approved by local visa office than they will ask for fee and medical.

Follow the only instructions stated in letter that you received, no fee at this stage. They'll ask for further fee with or after medicals and they'll write a letter to you about that.

Dear farhaniqbal

There are two fees associated with Canda immigration
1.) Processing fees of CAD 550 per person ( fees may vary beased on age and relationship for dependents)
2.) RPRF ( Right of Permanent Residence Fee) of CAD 490

RPRF can be paid along with full application or along when you receive a request for the same from CHC with medicals

I have seen lot of seniors recommending the payment of fees along with the application to CHC

is it required to tick the box,,ckecklist,, for fees in 2nd stage??

Wll i provide the draft pohotocopy of processing to cio?????
