Hello, I received an ITA last month and I am trying to fill out the application form. I have a question about "Has xxx received a nomination certificate from a province".

I applied and received a provincial nomination back in 2012, but could not immigrant to Canada at that time due to unforeseeable personal circumstances. The nomination expired.
This year, I started again and got ITA without nomination. What do you think I should answer this question in application details? Do I need to indicate the expired Provincial Nomination? or should I just say "no" because I do not currently hold a valid nomination?

Thank you! I appreciate your help.

the answer is yes

just to update on this question. I have contacted ircc call center service. You should select no (if anyone has the same situation). Expired nomination does not count in application; the same with ITA and etc.

if you received a nomination certificate, it is yes.
if the nomination has expired, it is still yes because the OP received it and did not use it.
