I am currently working in canada in work permit and eligible for CEC, and I have created my EE profile with 459 score (did ielts twice) Will my score be picked or should I need to improve my score with another ielts? There were no clear pic of draw from June about the programs. Thought of getting some insights here. Thank you

No one knows the answer.

If the draws are general draws, then your score will be too low to be selected. If there are CEC-specific draws, then you have a chance.

I would increase your points as much as you can.
