Do I add new degree at this point? PR application is awaiting final decision

I'm the primary applicant, my spouse just completed his degree. In the PR application we didn't evaluate his transcript because, he hadn't completed his degree. Do we evaluate and send it in? Will it make any difference at this point? Progress bar is at about 46%.

Biometrics- complete

If it’s by spousal sponsorship I wouldn’t think the degree of the immigrant matters all that much. (Matters more if it’s the sponsoring spouse and said spouse now makes more money.) But I’m no expert so I strongly encourage others to chime in, I could very well be wrong.
