Do days on "Implied Status" count towards citizenship application?

Hi everybody!

as I mention on the threat title I was under implied status for a few months before getting my PR. Can I include those days as physical presence in Canada? Do we need to provide with our application work permit photocopies?? I am planning on applying once C6 comes into effect (Fall 2017)
