Do Certificate Programs count???

Does anyone know if certificate programs are considered the same way as a Masters or Undergrad program? No sense in doing a certificate program only to find out it won't help towards applying for PR in the end.

They are easy to get an certainly not in the same league as a Bachelor or Masters. You won't get as many points for one under Express Entry.

Thanks for the info, I'm having a difficult time finding any type of info on how they're considered.
