Do ALL the jobs in NOC make you eligible for CEC?

I was surfing through the NOC and I found some jobs like cashiers and data entry clerks.. does one year experience in any job posted in the NOC along with the Canadian post secondary school degree make you eligible for CEC ?

No, they have to be NOC level A, B or O.
