DMP sends medical exam result to CIC?

I just called local DMP in vancouver to make an appointment for canada immigrate and they are saying they send the result to CIC directly.
I thought I was supposed to send in with my application?
then, should I apply now before the test?

Yes, the DMP sends the results to the Regional Medical Centre that serves the office that will be processing your application and the processing office will request them from the RMC when they're ready to review them. You will receive a form/receipt from the DMP that you include with your immigration application to prove that you've undergone examination.
