DM for a week but still haven't received the visa...how long should i wait?

Hi there - It's been a week since it showed DM in ECAS but my Dad hasn't received his passport yet.
I wonder how long should we wait? This application is in the Philippines We tried calling DHL but since there's no airway bill number, they cannot provide us any details.

What should I do?

you can do only two things:
1 wait a bit longer
2 contact the embassy
