DM before IP

Hi all friends
i studied this this last two weeks and found some applicant got DM before IP
and some one got IP then DM

So the question is how cic works

or it can happen to anyone ???????

it can happen but it is very rare though, usually the IP comes first before DM, if DM comes in before IP it might be a refusal not sure. But as I said it is really rare for DM to come before IP but possible

After medical (mine after 7 months), the main page will be "IN PROCESS" instead of the APPLICATION RECEIVE. If you click the IN PROCESS, 3 lines will appear:

1. Application was received on..

2. We started processing your application ...

3. Medical results received
