I would like to immigrate to canada and I am legally divorced with all documentation in place. I have my baby's custody but due to muslim laws the father of the child retains the passport and every time during travel permission is required. The father can also put a travel ban 
. For security reasons i looking to immigrate and some how get a passport from canada on which my child can leave the exsisting country with me. Can someone suggest about the process and help.
