Divorce soon after PR

Dear readers
I want to know that if the divorce happens sooner wife gets the PR, and she starts to live separate, can she apply for passport after 3 years. Or is there any way to get her depot, ?

u have to support her for 3 years,,,, starting the day she receives PR card, and to dovorce u ahve t be living one year spearate,,,, think twice b4 u marry

If the husband has proof that she committed marriage fraud and tricked him to apply for her PR, he can report her but it's hard to prove and she can turn the tables back on him and claim that she had loved him but that as she arrived he was abusive to her and that is why she left. If she has lied on her PR application, that could be used against her if it can be proven. Most likely is that she will get to keep her PR and can apply for citizenship after 3 years. The husband is financially responsible for her for the 3 years after she landed so if she goes on welfare or disability during that time, he will get the bill.
