Hello everyone,
I never ever imagined that life could be this much wrost and unfaithful, please....please..please..suggest me what should I do to get rid of this situation

I came as a student in Jan 2013 from India and studied and got WP of 3 years.

We did court marriage in April 2015 and after returning back to Canada, on her behalf, I applied for her dependent work permit in sept 2015 and we got socially married in Dec 2015 and after that we both came to Canada on 25 Dec 2015.

Being main applicant, based on my work experience as a CSW, we both got PR together on 7 March 2017.
Our marriage life was very frustrating due to lack of mutual understanding and was not for which we dreamed. Eventually, after PR, she was harassing and emotionally black mailing and wanted to make impression of her family. Her family were asking financial support against my wish from her daughter and they were seeking my support to migrate to Canada.

Under her family influence, after getting PR, my wife was scaring me to call police in Canada and give me divorce or she may ran away from my apartment so many times even if I refuse to fulfill her and her family's' demands. So many times, she used to say that we used you and now I want to stay separate.

Finally on 4 sept 2017, she escaped in to our neighbor's apartment next door and called police. After police arrived, police made us separate to live temporarily until we depart for India on 7 sept 2017. we planned to fly back to India and get solution from our family. She snatched away her passport, stolen PR card from our document file and her documents from me in presence of Police.

As per police instructions, I went out my friend's home. However, next day 5 sept 2017 without any clue, she ran away with her luggage only.

7 sept 2017, I came back to India with my family and she also returned on 15 sept 2017. but now she and her family are refusing to contact or get solution.

I'm sorry for your situation - however this isn't an immigration matter. If you are wondering if her PR status can be revoked for this - no, it can't. She has the right to keep her PR status.

I would recommend you speak with a family lawyer to determine what to do next - especially if you plan to file for divorce. You should also speak with the police if you feel she is threatening you or trying to blackmail you. Make sure you keep evidence of this.

By the way, she has a legal right to have her passport and PR card. So she didn't steal her PR card out of anywhere. It's hers. You don't have the right to keep these documents from her.
