Do ndvo asks for divorce petition from every second marriage case...I am sep applicant really worried...will it delay my case more

we just included the divorce certificate at the time of submission of application BT not the petition

As per the country specific checklist for India, you are required to submit the complete divorce petition for any previous marriages you have had.

The sponsor checklist requires only the divorce certificate for any previous marriages that the sponsor has had.

actually its my sponsor's second marriage...mine is first
