Hi all.
I have a few queations. I am currently divorced in canada with my canadian husband i am a pilipino bu i have my canadian citizenship now. But we a got married in the philipinnes my question is is divorce in canada can be recognize by our law in the philipinnes or doni still have to file an annulment.

Thanks

Your divorce in Canada will never be recognized by the Philippines.

If you ever want to get married to a new person in Philippines, you'll need an annulment according to their local laws. However if you never intend to live or get married in Philippines again, there probably isn't much point to bother with this.
