Im planning to file a divoce to my wife since we got separated for 1 year.Can affect my filing to my citizenship?I have plan to apply my citizenship next year.What to do.Please give me advice

Thanks a lot.Is it true either my wife did not sign tge divorce papers will be granted?And after granted my divorce..Can i get and vring my common law partner here in canada?How long it will be take?

It's hard to comment without knowing all of the details. Your relationship with your common law partner would needed to have started after you broke up with your wife. To be considered as common law, you would have had to have lived together for at least one year straight (again, this would be after you broke up with your wife).
