Divorce after PR. Spouse left Canada.

I had a question for my sister. She recently got a divorce after landing in canada from india with her husband. He didn't like it here and wanted to separate and go back to India. He will not be returning to Canada again. She was the primary applicant and he was added as the dependent. My question is now that the divorce is complete in india..what documents will she need to submit here to CIC to let them know that he is no longer her spouse or dependent.

None. After they landed his status as a PR became totally independent of her status. He will lose PR if he doesn't come back to Canada but that's his choice.
