Distance learning

Hello there,
I have a question for the senior members in the forum;
Does the distance lerning be counted as a full time study?
I have 2- diplomas,one of them is ;college associate degre on accounting,wich is earned from distance learning(on 5-semesters)
Can I used?(couse I have the needed experiene in ths field too).

If the associate degree was finished in two years or more, you can count it as two-year full time studies.
