Discrepancies between the reference letter, payslips and ROE

I just realized that the work confirmation paperwork received from one of my Canadian employers doesn't match each other at all!

Employment Start date / End date

"Reference letter" : 2016-04 / 2017- 09
"Payslips" : 2015-12 / 2017-09 (This one is correct)
"Record of Employment": 2015-03 / 2017-09 (I wasn't even in Canada in March 2015)

Unbelievable!!
What will be the impact of these discrepancies? Should I write LOE?

You should get this corrected. IRCC places a lot of weight on the reference letter and you don't want to have these inconsistencies. Get the company to fix it.
