Hi,
I am Nishad, 39, disabled due to accident at age of 15. Wheel chair user, Fully independent. Drive my own car, goes to work. Have been working for the last 17 yrs.
Completed my Bachelor and Master degree in Business Administration
Having a work experience of 17 yrs in Business Administration & Business Development

Married, with 1 yr daughter
Spouse, age 39, high school education
Work experience - Self employed ( runs small business shop )

Query:
I want to immigrate to canada with my family. Checked my CRS, score was around 414.
Will my disability be an issue in immigration process? ( I am perfectly fit with no medication )
What are my chances through Express Entry ?
Or Should i look for Provincial Nomination Program?
If in PNP, which province will be better

No chance for EE at that score. Draws are around 470 and have been for awhile.

No one can guarantee about the disability. You likely wouldn't be medically inadmissible but no guarantee.

You are going to need to invest the time to research the various PNPs.

As said above, Express Entry is out. Your score is far too low (your age is working against you). You'll need to look into the PNP programs.

Based on what you've said, your disability probably won't be an issue - but none of us can tell you that for certain.
