Diploma in colleges after b.Tech

What are the chances of acceptance in diploma program from colleges and visa officer, i have done my B.Tech in ECE i want to pursue diploma in Computer science or related programs.

Without knowing more about your life, work experience, age/family, why you want to change professions and study in Canada when India has tons of great basic computer science diploma programs, financial ability to support education, etc it is hard even to estimate what your chances might be.

I have 1 year of experience in database. I have done my b.tech in ECE i want to change stream to Computer programming am really interested in it. Doing diploma in India would be difficult. I don't what to do basic computer science diploma, the programs in Canada are far better and all the concepts are not only theoretical but practical as well and 2 yrs of diploma in Canada will give me more knowledge and better job in India and maybe in Canada.I am applying for Diploma because i have a 58% in B.Tech ECE. So now what are my chances?

Nobody can tell you based on the limited information you provided. Your marks in ECE were not very strong but it is an unrelated subject. The top computer programs are quite competitive. It is good that you have taken a computer database course to prove that you are interested in changing careers. Will also depend on IELTS scores. It is definitely possible you may get a visa but not guaranteed.

IELTS Score 7, No band less than 6.
B.Tech in ECE 58%. (passed out 2017)
Java and database certificate from an institute. Am not certified from Oracle.
Funds i can manage.
1 year of experience in database.
Age 23.
Love to code.

Want to pursue Diploma in computer science or related field. As i have done B.Tech and now i want to apply for Diploma will that be an issue, like am a graduate but applying for diploma in different field so will college accept my application and even if college accept my application will the Visa guy approve it?

Unfortunately nobody can tell you whether you will be accepted. As previously mentionned your btech marks and IELTS are not very strong but doesn't mean that you will refused. Just that it is mot guaranteed. Best of luck.
