Got ITA (with OINP) in last Friday. But FBI PCC just sent out for 10 days (previous FBI application was rejected due to poor fingerprint quality). I dont know whether I should accept the ITA or wait for the next draw? I know some people's application is cancelled due to lack of FBI PCC while I dont know whether CIC will continue to draw people from the pool (19 draw already)... Any suggestion, please.

According to you how much time do you think your PCC takes. If it is around 30-40 days, you can still continue with ITA. If you are doubtful whether you would receive it within 60 days, better to skip it since you won't be given time more than 60 days.

Declining the ITA would again make you eligible for next draw. What are your points?
I would request other seniors to please help @ddw2014 on this.
