hi there,

Can you please help how do I take a digital photo for my parents and modify the photo and upload it to online application?

My parents are living in China now, and there's no photo store will do digital pictures for them, can I take a pictures on the phone and upload it?

Most photo places can do this for you if you can find somewhere that can do this, if you do it yourself you will have to ensure that the photo meets the criteria of requirements for the photo and then try upload it and see if that works.
