Digital photo upload

Hi Everyone, I need to upload a digital photo during the ITA stage and I used an online tool to get it at 35 mm X 45 mm, but the actual photo dimensions after downloading is showing as 827X 1063. Im confused if I should resize the image to 420 X 540 as the cici mentions during upload

Please advice what any of you have done so far. I am a bit confused here. If you can suggest which sites you have used to get the pics done, it would be helpful

Digital photo upload during ITA/E-APR is not as important as long as the IRCC application submission portal accepts the file and your application keeps progressing as expected. Don't sweat over it as we simply took photo using our phone and uploaded it which was never refused by IRCC. Eventually, when application is completely processed and ready for COPR issuance, you will receive separate instruction on submitting a physical photograph which strictly need to adhere to their specifications. That photo is used for COPR as well as PR Card and hence very important and not the digital photo during ITA/E-APR submission.

Download irfanview, it is free software and you can resize your picture easily.

420 X 540 are the minimum dimensions. Your photo can have more pixels than that. So you are good.
