Digital photo scan for online application ??

Hi all

I'm stuck in a question
I took a picture at Costco for online application but they gave me a hard copy appaently digital files are not available at Costco
So I'm thinking of scanning the hard copies of 2 pictures one for the front and the othet one for the back which is stamped with all the information

Is is okay not to be saved directly from the photographer??

That's fine as long as it meets the requirements.

Also, the back of the photo is not a requirement for the digital photo.

Do you know if there's any specification to scan it then ??
Can I just scan the front picture and send it ??
