Digital Photo in Online Application

Hi,

I am applying for a IEC, and have one small question about the digital photo I need to upload. I have taken and scanned a picture in the dimensions required. Should I crop the picture of me in those exact dimensions, or is it okay if I upload the picture on a white A4 backdrop from the scanning?

see answer in you duplicate post in foreign workers section. Follow the iec instructions http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/apply.asp exact demiensions same as a passport size photo.
