Digital Photo - Document Checklist Post ITA

Hi all,
I received ITA for my Express Entry profile. Currently, I am in the process of uploading the initial Checklist Documents. I have confusion around Digital Photo specifications. The Help button next to this Document Checklist item provides the below details:

• Image size: at least 420 x 540 pixels.
• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.

On the canada.ca website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...er-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html#s06) where mandatory documents are mentioned, it has different Digital Photo requirements:

• 50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of the head (natural top of head)

What should be the pixel size of the Digital Photo? And if need be, what should be the mm size of the print?
