Difficulty with question on the OWP application form (IMM5710)

This is probably a dumb question, but in the section 'Coming into Canada', question 1 asks for the Date and Place of your Original entry into Canada. Does that mean my VERY FIRST EVER entry, which would be as a tourist, or my first entry on my current status (when I came to Canada in 2017 on my IEC and am still here)

Also, for the relationship photos, is it OK to add a photo taken before my partner and I were actually dating? I think it shows how our relationship evolved, but I won't include it if it will be damaging to the application.

Bumping this because we have the same question. Did you ever find your answer?

My wife visited Canada with me in December 2017 (I suppose this would be her "original entry"). We arrived in Canada most recently July 6, 2019 (her "most recent entry"). Is this right?

I never found an answer, but I just bit the bullet and put my very first entry down, then my most recent (including permit info). They've only just received it so I can't say if it's correct, but it seemed like it made the most sense.

That s what i did as well (my very first visit in 2014 and the very last one in Feb 2019) and i ve just got my OWP approved, so i think it s safe to say you re ok)
