Difficulty of Qatar PCC for Saudi applicant

Political condition between Saudi Arabia and Qatar are not good, they block the border and take off their embassies.

I was working in Qatar and I need to get PCC. I cannot process from Saudi Arabia where I am currently working.

Can someone please help me if there is any solution to get PCC from Qatar.
