Difficulty Getting Reference letter from HP Enterprise

Hi There,

I've worked with HP India for around 2.5 years [2005-07] and have the documents like offer/experience/pay slips but
I am now unable to get the reference letter as per the CIC format which includes job duties, salary etc

Sending emails to them at hr-connect-india@hpe.com [which is for handling ex employee queries] simply gets ignored.

In case I am unable to get this letter, What would be recommended?

Mention this in LOE and attach whatever documents you have for this job along with salary slips for last 6 months of your employment period.

I knw this question has been asked recently but my situation is a lil different.

1.My company/hospital HR has refused to give me refernce letter as per cic format. I have SERVICE certificate by them which states only my job duration & job designation with no rules and resposibilities or my salary.

2.But, I have a recommendation letter from my consultant doctor( immediate superviser) stating my job designation, duration, duties & resposibilities and its on company letter head n its signed n stamped by my consultant (but theres NO mention of full time employee or my salary)( PS : Its notarized)

3. I have only supporting bank statements of my salary account n also NO offer letter.

I WOULD LIKE to know

1. Should i get my immediate supervisor letter stamped by HR n will that suffice .. Do i still need to provide letter of explanation

2. if HR refuse to stamp it what r my other options ??

If you are unable to obtain the reference letter, then you can show all these documents together along with bank statements proving salary transfer for this job. You need to mention in LOE the reason you could not obtain reference letter - in this case it looks like the company policy does not allow to issue such letters.
 
did any one get any response on reference letter from HP india.

I have submitted a query on below website, but not sure if I will get any response. the website is for ex hp employees for employment verification.
