difficulties encounted while I'm uploading IMM5709 (urgent!!)

hey guys! I don't know if it is just me having this problem...
I'm applying my study permit online! I've uploaded all the documents successfully, but when I try to upload IMM5709 PDF file, it keeps saying that my PDF is not a "vaild version"..
I have no idea what's going on! Do I have to digitally signed the document before uploading the file, or is there any step I've missed..?!
I have tried to apply digital signature on this PDF file, but I think the file is secured, and that's why the sign panel in Acrobat and Adobe is disable..?!

I've been trying to solve this problem for a month already..my permit will expire on august 30th. Since I'm not in Canada, If I can't get my permit, I guess you all know what will happen....Please help!!!!!!

Use the latest adobe reader. Then don't left any gaps in the application if anything is not for you then fill it with N/A or not applicable. After that validate the form . Then Barcode will appear at the last page. After it save the page then upload. If you are applying online I don't think you will be allowed to sign the form but you can five date if there is a date option. If you apply by paper you will need to sign it. At the last step of your application before payment you will be told to sign.

hi dipat! I was able to get the Barcode and I did provide all the information and put N/A when I'm able to. (I didn't put N/A or not applicable on fax number because it requires number) Also, I'm using Adobe and Acrobat XI (free triad)

Do you think it might be necessary for me to start over and try everything again..?! Since I created the application on april 26th, and the "Days Left to Transmit" is now in 0...

yes. if the application is expired you need to do it all over again.
