Differing Names on Passport and certificates

Dear Members,

My name on my passport shows full name as Nishant Vinod Shah, but on my marriage certificate and degree certificates (marks sheets and convocation certificate) shows Nishant V Shah. Would this be an issue?

if yes, is there something we can do to solve.
