In case I'm in a different state or city than my original city where i graduated and studied....at the time of filing for visa, can one submit to another state's vfs?
I mean someone from ahmedabad or anywhere else , can they file at CHC chandigarh or anywhere else ,intentionally or fourcfully?
will this create any problems?
