I have 2 years experience as a software developer at an it firm in india and have 1 year experience a department manager in wallmart canada , do i get points for both my international experience as well as canadian experience when applying for express entry as noc codes are completely different.

Yes you get points for both international and foreign work experience if you meet the requirements for amount of hours you worked.
