I tried much to find a solution for my issue but ended up writing it by myself:

My name (on passport) : Adil
My name (on educational documents) : Adeel
.
Now for ECA from WES, should I have Adil or Adeel as “Applicant name” / “Profile name”?
Note: I’m talking about the name that comes on the top of report.
