Different name in documents

Hello all,
I have a problem regarding my documents.
My name is stated as Akshay Singh in below documents:
1. 10th marksheet
2. 12th marksheet
3. Graduation marksheet
4. Passport
5. IELTS scorecard
My name is stated as Akshay Singh Jadon in below documents:
1. Bank statements
2. Employment contract
3. ITR and Marriage certificate...is it an issue for SP? If yes how it can be resolved?

I don't think it will be a big issue. The documents are reviewed manually and the VISA offers would know the naming schemes in India as the highest number of applicants are from India.
