Different Middle name

Hello All,

I had to change my middle name when my father legally changed his name. All of my documents are in new name expect one of my university transcript (they refused to issue me a new transcript, they required me to be physically present to make that change), can I use my transcripts with old name. If I provide them with all the documents for name change. Would I need an affidavit too or the legal documents for name change would be enough ?

I guess not. Legal documents for the name change if available should be enough.

I think you should explain in LOE and provide relevant documents if you have
