DIFFERENT LAST NAME from school application and passport

I applied to study with my maiden name. i got married and changed my passport to my husband's name.
I guess the admission letter would be in my maiden name.
Do I apply for visa with my married last name since it is already on my passport or request the school change the name on my application (I don't now how feasible this is).
NOTE: I didn't include my maiden name in the new passport, just my married name.

I am really worried and confused.

You need a swear affidavit of a change of name to your husband's.. and also attached your marriage certificate which would be a proof then explain the rest parts in a well explanary LOE.. you should be fine
