Hi Guys,

I have an important thing to ask, My Boss owns two companies A and B, when I got hired, he hired me in his A Company which deals in Finance, Private Loans and Mortgages and after few days he got the another company B which is a Retail Store and he shifted me there, but my salary comes from A company, but both the companies owned by the same person,my concerned is when I'm gonna apply for PR what NOC I need to show and what Job responsibilities and is that matters if your getting paid from the A company and working at another company.

I'm too confused with all this!!! Help me out

To be frank, Since you work for same guy. I will carefully choose my duties and check if my NOC and duties match. You can apply in either of the NOC as long as you are getting reference letter but you have to mention the same company as they are paying you. In end it will come down to your reference letters. Check what NOC you are eligible for and ask your boss to write a reference letter for you based on that NOC

Boss, that's not the answer I'm looking for!!

unless you have a closed work permit, you should be fine as long as you provide the proper documentation for your experience and your NOC's match the NOC O. A or B.

Seniors - correct me if i am wrong.
