Different between inland and outland application package

Is there a different between outland spousal sponsorship package? than inland spousal sponsorship package?

Are its the same package u just tick family class and the check list if u want it to process outland?

If the sponsor and PA do not live together in an outland application (like if the sponsor is in Canada) then there may be a requirement to provide proof of contact and travel between the two.

If the sponsor and PA live together outside Canada, they will need to provide proof of intent to return to Canada.

Khp I understand that part fully, what I'm asking if they is a different set of application package from ircc websites for the inland and outland? Are it the same package and you just put it in the difference document?

Uh yeah, it's the same forms. There are not different checklists as you can see by reading the checklists where you choose inland or outland.
