hello,
My sister received a package(AINP family stream) on my behave early this year requesting for additional information from my sponse to write IELTS exams,proof to show that we have applied to CIC before and to fill another form on family stream which we submitted the request lately due to circumstances beyond our control.
Now, I just want to know the next step of the application and the difference between the file number and reference number because I'm really confused about these while reading through most of the articles sent on this forum.
