Difference between CEC and FSW???

Hi

Please tell me difference between CEC and FSW. I have gone thru canada immigration forum, but somewhere the confusion still persists.
I am currently in India,(Indian ) and I have 2 years of work exp as a sofware engineer.

Cec needs canadian skilled work exp while fsw doesnt.

thats the primary diff.
