Difference between CEC and FSW???

Hi

Please tell me difference between CEC and FSW. I have gone thru canada immigration forum, but somewhere the confusion still persists.
I am currently in India,(Indian ) and I have 2 years of work exp as a sofware engineer.

I was refering to new rules as stated below:

CEC only requires one year of qualified Canadian work experience.

Correct. But you need 12 months of full-time work experience gained in Canada.

It is not required for CEC class. However, you will not receive any points for foreign education unless you get the ECA.
