Difference between B4 and B4A form?

Hi all,

Please clarify what is the difference between B4 and B4A form? Both forms(mandotary?) should be fill or B4 only.

If during landing , follow goods are not, after 6 months from landing, can we bring all necessary things thr. parcel from home country?
