Difference between App filed and AOR

I cant tell the difference between these 2.

Please correct me if I'm wrong..

App filed: the date application package delivered by Fedex ?

AOR: the day application status shows online and receive acknowledgement letter from CIC ? (along with client number, application number etc)

I am applying Inland. My application is delivered to CPC-V on Dec 31 but still hearing nothing from CIC. I am getting a bit frustrated because I need to send my FBI clearance to my file(the one included in package was 2 week outdated...)

The date the application package delivered by FedEx will be the same as AOR once you get it. The AOR will state the date your application has been received on. Nothing more, nothing less.
