PNP is the Provincial Nominee Program where the Province nominates you for permanant residency, normally as part of the Skilled Worker program., particularly when there is a shortage of workers.
Family sponsorship is just that = for applications for sponsoring family members (spouse, child, parents etc).
There is also a Family stream in some provinces whereby if you have strong ties to the community and meet the minimum requirements, you may sponsor other members of your family, such as brothers / sisters / nephews / nieces etc. (I believe they are Alberta, Manitoba, PEI and Saskatchewan)
If you read the guides, all the information you require is there.
